We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Senior Accountant to join our real estate company. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of accounts, taxation, GST, bank funding, and regulatory requirements. The candidate Must have extensive experience in real estate accounting.
*Key Responsibilities:*
. *Financial Management:*
- Oversee all financial transactions and accounting functions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
. *Taxation and GST:*
- Handle all aspects of taxation and GST.
- Prepare and submit accurate tax returns and GST filings.
. *Contract and RA Bill Management:*
- Vet work orders for contractors and ensure accuracy.
- Manage RA bills and related documentation.
*Representation and Reporting:*
- Represent the company in financial matters with external parties.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for management review.
*Qualifications and Experience:*
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, CA INTER preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in vetting contractor work orders and managing RA bills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
*Skills:*
- Proficient in accounting software and financial management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
