Melhor Group is a rapidly growing startup in the real estate and infrastructure sector. We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Recruiter / HR Specialist to support our expanding team by sourcing, recruiting, and retaining top talent.

*Role Summary:*

As an HR Recruiter / HR Specialist, you will be integral to our team, ensuring that we attract and retain the best professionals. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, maintain compliance with HR standards, and support our staff management processes.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Conduct recruitment efforts using platforms such as Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and other relevant online platforms.

- Maintain thorough knowledge of HR compliance requirements within the real estate or infrastructure industries.

- Utilize personal HR networks to source qualified candidates.

- Perform detailed reference checks on potential hires.

- Manage onboarding processes and operate HR management software such as GreatHR or Zemio.

- Maintain and oversee the KRA (Key Result Areas) and KPI (Key Performance Indicators) of the staff.

- Conduct staff assessments and coordinate the reporting process during increments and reviews.

- Develop strategies to retain high-performing employees.

*Minimum Qualifications:*

- Undergraduate degree required; postgraduate degree preferred, both through regular study programs.

- Significant experience in HR, specifically within the real estate or infrastructure sectors.

- Proficient in the use of various recruitment platforms and HR management software.

- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

- Proven ability to manage and retain skilled personnel.
