We are excited to announce that we are currently looking to expand our recruitment team and are seeking an experienced HR professional to join us.

Location: Powai

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience into hardcore recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
2.Conducting interviews and assessing candidates' fit for the organization.
3.Coordinating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
4.Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
5.Maintaining candidate pipelines and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Desired Skills:
1.Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques.
2.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple openings.
4.Proficiency in candidate management systems.
