100% Dislikes and a genuine disgusting company to work. Owner and his brother co-owner is a top mentall disordered guys. In brief a pure dhoobi pachad company. Also overruns all local laws and rules of local labour department in Goa. To Note all potential new employees and clients be ware in all your dealings with such owners operating from delhi in GOA.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
