All are excellent. Very good culture in company facilities

If u live with family not any welfare provide. If an employee misspunch, r emergency leave cover up pending last even if he work on all sunday (half/ full) no compromise at leaves.working hours much long 12/13 hours per day

The nature of the work is good. It is hard work but there is a lot to learn from it. Time is a bit of a problem in industrial projects. But company facilities are nice.

Dislikes

I wanted a time limit while working but here I am not getting that much freedom. Work is work and only work is going on. Tode entertainment is needed. And for the family, the room rent is too much even if it is met.

Rohan Sir decided and suppose to do all thing but the same things not reach uoto bottom level (Like Upto Jr Staff/Supervisor/Labour) But site level management is too much worst.

Site Level Management and Politics too much and much worst (Like M. N), worst General Managers, using abuse words and Insulting to staff after taking leaves and worst behaviours with staff more than labours, Managers and suppose to staff like Labours only. No leave no sunday only work and work. this is worst condition in site level for staff. Won't keep promises in case of salary increments. Even if after giving mail confirrmation regarding salary increment, company will flip. Work life balance for site staff is zero. Accomodation depends on HR. Most of the HR people are terrible.

Rohan is a very good company because of the on time salary & apraisal, there is no salary related issue, you will get a lot of support from the head office, but on site conditions depend on PM or GM..

Dislikes

Those working on the site are facing a lot of problems, there is no work life balance, you will have to work for 14 to 16 hours, 15 to 20 days, individual life has no value, you will be treated like a robot. there no leave on Sunday or festivals,This condition of on site job.
