I was standard my career RBIPL in August 1998. It was great opportunity for me really enjoined in my working period. That time was memorable in my career. the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I really loved the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, High-Safety, High- Quality & Completion of time duration. As a result, The company grow Rs 100 cores to Rs 1400 cores turnover. I am also grow Rs 4500/month to 160000/month Plus got unbelievable Bones and Incentives. Another plus point almost went all Indian state and handled various type of projects,Gain lot of knowledge and experience.In 1988 to 2016 - 18 Years was my golden time of life. Some management system changed and implemented by third persons ( new employees ) they don't know our working culture and our dignity it was the big problem. I accept the changed system company but its implemented by us not that unknown persons.

No word to describe, as job satisfaction not received. Hence obviously work was not done by self involvement. Trying to do the best work. But Staff & senior peoples were totally non cooperative. So couldn't give the result. Staff was very harmful.

This Company not taking any Gujarati, They are always favour with Marathi. Most Third Class Company.

Dislikes

They are biased with Gujarati Community. If Marathi Staff not work properly even though they should not punish. They are not taking any Gujarati Employee even though earning from Gujarat. Most third class company.
