Role & responsibilities:

1. Implement company policies, objectives, programs & procedures and assess its effectiveness.

2. Ensure adequate safety personnel to implement safety at sites.

3. Ensure timely flow of safety material required for smooth function at sites.

4. Arrange for safety training of safety personnel, site staff and construction workers.

5. Monitor day to day safety activities at sites and implement improvements.

6. Undertake sites visits on regular intervals and review the operation of safety activities.

7. Ensure reports relating to safety are generated at sites as per management requirement.

8. Periodic safety report to director.

9. Initiate and coordinate safety audits at sites.

10. Implement new safety methods.

11. Initiate and Coordinate for training about emergency handling.

12. Report about abnormal conditions at sites, to director.

13. Coordinate with different agencies in case of accident/ emergency.

14. Issue of safety documents, inspection check lists to sites.

KEY DELIVERABLES:

1. Coordinate and monitor safety activities at sites.

2. Ensuring all safety protocols and compliances are adhered to at all sites and workplaces.

3. Manage safety audits.
