Job Title: ERP Implementation Coordinator

About the Role

ERP Implementation Coordinator who will play a crucial role in overseeing our ERP transition process. This individual will act as a bridge between internal functions and the ERP implementation partner, ensuring seamless coordination, process documentation, and execution of the ERP system across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Process Documentation & Internal Coordination

• Work closely with department heads to document AS-IS and TO-BE business processes.
• Facilitate discussions across functions to prepare blueprints for ERP implementation.
• Ensure all functional requirements are properly gathered, structured, and aligned with business needs.
• Maintain a structured communication flow between internal stakeholders to keep everyone aligned on project progress.

2. ERP Implementation & Coordination with Vendor

• Act as the single point of contact between the organization and the ERP implementation agency.
• Translate business requirements into functional requirements for the implementation partner.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and training phases of the project.
• Coordinate with IT and business teams to ensure successful data migration, system configuration, and user adoption.
• Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure all issues are addressed before go-live.
• Ensure that ERP implementation milestones are met within agreed timelines.

3. Change Management & Training

• Assist in driving change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of the new ERP system.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for internal teams.
• Work with stakeholders to resolve resistance to new processes and workflows.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must-Have:

• 7+ years of experience in ERP Implementation, preferably SAP.
• Hands-on experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation.
• Strong understanding of business processes across functions (Projects, Finance, Procurement, Sales, etc.).
• Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and blueprint documentation.
• Ability to liaise with IT, business users, and external vendors effectively.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in real estate industry ERP implementation.
  Experience in working with SAP S/4HANA.
• Background in either a corporate role or an ERP implementation consulting firm.
• PMP, SAP certification is a plus.
