Fabrication And Erection Engineer - Structural

#Position : Senior / AssistantFabrication & Erection Engineer - Structural

#Experience : 4 - 10 Years

#Qualification : Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical

#Location : Vizag

#Notice Period : Immediate/ Serving/ 30 days

Please Note : Candidates with Construction Experience are preferable(Should have experience in Steel plant)

Key Responsibilities

1. Study of Specification, Design Drawings and Shop Drawings.

2. Preparation of erection sequence with respect to Safety, Machinery and client requirements.

3. As per erection sequence identification of proper crane, Manlift, Manpower, Tools and tackles etc.

4. Preparation of method statement for erection work and assisting safety department for JSA preparation.

5. Coordination with Fabrication Team for required Material w.r.t erection sequence.

6. Inspection of fabricated member before erection at fabrication yard.

7. Coordination for transportation of fabricated member to erection site.

8. Preparation of lifting plan and getting approval from consultant / client.

9. Preparation of Erection checklist and getting signed off from Client / consultant.

10. Control and monitor optimum use of Machinery.

11. Identification and ensuring desired fixtures in place before erection.

12. Ensuring all safety measures before, while and after erection activity.

13. Ensuring for all check points before allowing for final painting, grouting and sheeting works.
