Human Resource Intern

Role & responsibilities

🔹 Recruitment Support:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and update job descriptions.
• Schedule and follow up on interviews, ensuring a smooth hiring process.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.

🔹 Onboarding & Documentation:

• Facilitate the pre-joining formalities, including background verification and document collection.
• Assist in organizing orientation programs to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Ensure timely completion of joining formalities, such as ID creation, system setup, and HRIS updates.

🔹 Employer Branding & Candidate Engagement:

• Enhance candidate experience through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Support in creating engaging job posts and employer branding initiatives.
• Assist in career fairs, campus recruitment, and other hiring events.

🔹 HR Operations & Reporting:

• Maintain and update HR records, databases, and recruitment dashboards.
• Support HR team in process improvements and strategic talent initiatives.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ATS is a plus.
✔ Passion for HR and eagerness to learn.
