Role & responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.
• Post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
• Conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate follow-up interviews.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information.
• Collaborate with HR team members to understand staffing needs and requirements.
• Support in organizing recruitment events and career fairs.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment-related reports and documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes.
