• Contract & Agreement Review Analyze contract terms, pre-bid resolutions, and project milestones to identify critical aspects and challenges.
• Team Allocation & Mobilization – Assign execution teams based on skills and competency, ensuring smooth mobilization with proper resource planning.
• Project Planning & Execution – Develop, monitor, and update project schedules; coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely progress.
• Billing & Estimation – Oversee quantity estimation, billing, and payment realization while ensuring contract compliance.
• Quality & Safety Assurance – Implement quality control measures and enforce safety protocols to ensure a zero-defect and zero-incident workplace.
• Budget & Cost Control – Monitor expenses, optimize material usage, and ensure cost efficiency within budget constraints.
• Sub-Contractor & Vendor Management – Coordinate with third-party vendors, track productivity, and ensure timely execution of work.
• Innovation & Process Improvement – Promote modern construction methodologies, improve efficiency, and optimize project workflows.
• Team Development – Foster teamwork, mentor subordinates, and provide training to enhance skills and leadership capabilities.
