Gokaldas Exports - ERP Developer - Implementation & Support (5-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- ERP Development & Customization : Design, develop, and customize ERP modules to meet the specific needs of the business, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

- System Implementation : Collaborate with project teams to implement ERP systems, including data migration, configuration, and testing.

- System Integration : Integrate ERP solutions with other business systems (e.g., CRM, HR, and finance platforms) to ensure data consistency and process automation.

- Technical Leadership : Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance on best practices, code quality, and effective ERP customizations.

- Collaboration with Stakeholders : Work closely with business analysts, product managers, and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

- Support & Troubleshooting : Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and resolving system bugs in a timely manner.

- System Performance & Optimization : Monitor and optimize the performance of ERP systems, ensuring high availability, scalability, and efficiency.

- Testing & Quality Assurance : Ensure rigorous testing of ERP solutions before deployment, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Documentation : Maintain clear documentation for ERP customizations, system configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

- Compliance & Security : Ensure ERP solutions comply with data protection laws and security policies, maintaining a high level of system security.

Qualifications :

- Graduation/Postgraduation in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience : 5+ years of experience as an ERP Developer, with hands-on experience in ERP development (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP platforms).

Preferred Skills :

- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript.

- Strong knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL).

- Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions (e.g., NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365) is a plus.

- Strong knowledge of ERP business processes, such as finance, HR, inventory, and supply chain management.

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile development methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders.

- Familiarity with modern ERP systems, such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.

- Experience in reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for generating meaningful insights from ERP data.

- Experience with Agile project management frameworks, including Scrum or Kanban.

- ERP certifications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) are a plus.
