iOS Developer

Role & responsibilities

Team Leadership and Management:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of iOS developers to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify growth opportunities for team members.
• Collaborate with recruitment to hire top iOS development talent.

Technical Oversight:

• Architect, design, and develop scalable and robust iOS applications.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and guide the team on technical challenges.

Project Management:

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.
• Allocate resources effectively and manage project risks.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards

Innovation and Strategy:

• Stay updated on the latest iOS technologies, tools, and industry trends.
• Drive innovation and explore new technologies to improve app performance and user experience.
• Contribute to the development of the organization's mobilestrategy.

Qualifications:

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• Proven working experience in software development
• Working experience in iOS development
• Have published five or more iOS apps in the app store
• 5+ years of iOS App development experience
• A deep familiarity with Objective-C and Cocoa Touch
• Experience working with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics and Core Text
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of App Store submission processes and guidelines.
• Familiarity with cross-platform mobile development tools.
• Experience in performance optimization and debugging.
