ServiceNow Developer - Implementation & Configuration (3-5 yrs)

Title : ServiceNow Developer II (Offshore).

Location : Remote India.

Required Qualifications :

- Ability to build ServiceNow Reports, dashboards, and homepages.

- Ability to set up data security via control rules and domain separation.

- 3 to 5 years of experience in ServiceNow configuration and development.

- Minimum of 3 years supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of the ServiceNow tool.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information to non-technical audiences.

- Energetic self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and commitment to quality.

- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting deadlines.

- Effective organization, collaboration, planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Duties & Responsibilities :

- Implement core configuration user stories with minimal guidance.

- User stories could cover service catalog, catalog items/record producers, knowledge bases/knowledge articles, notifications, assignment rules (using advanced work assignment), and Service Level Agreement (SLA) configurations and workflows.

- Build ServiceNow Reports, dashboards, and homepages.

- Set up data security via control rules and domain separation.

- Implement integrations utilizing Integration Hub and relevant Spokes.

- Hands-on knowledge and experience with any one or more of the following : JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, Angular, Bootstrap, Jelly Script.

- Administer a ServiceNow instance, including group roles, permissions, business rules, workflows, UI pages, UI actions, and UI policies.

- Execute unit testing to confirm user stories meet acceptance criteria as implemented.

- Peer review of other developers' user stories.

- Provide technical documentation as required.

- Develop, manage, and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, enhancements, product development, and some system administration tasks.

- Provide coaching and guidance to junior developers on best practice approaches to implementing required functionality, involving technical leads as needed.
