Finance Manager :SAP HANA Implementation

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA within our finance function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial processes, ERP implementation, and SAP HANA, ensuring seamless integration with business operations. This role will involve collaboration with IT, business stakeholders, and external consultants to optimize financial reporting, automation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP HANA Implementation & Process Optimization:

• Lead the finance workstream for SAP S/4HANA implementation, ensuring alignment with financial reporting, accounting, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and SAP consultants to design and configure finance modules (FI/CO, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, etc.).
• Define chart of accounts, financial workflows, and cost structures to enhance financial efficiency and reporting.
• Drive automation of financial processes such as accounts reconciliation, financial consolidation, and budgeting through SAP HANA.
• Ensure seamless data migration from legacy systems, maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure all finance-related SAP functionalities are optimized and validated.

Financial Reporting & Compliance:

• Work with respective teams to develop real-time financial reporting dashboards using SAP HANA analytics.
• Ensure the SAP system is compliant with local and international accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS, or local regulations).
• Oversee financial controls, audits, and risk assessments related to SAP implementation.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Training:

• Act as a bridge between finance and IT teams to ensure business requirements are met.
• Provide training to finance teams on new SAP functionalities and best practices.
• Monitor post-implementation performance and lead continuous improvements in financial processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field like computer science, business administration, or information systems, along with strong database management skills, SQL knowledge, and proficiency in programming languages like ABAP with at least 5 years in ERP (SAP S/4HANA) implementation.
• A relevant SAP HANA certification is highly recommended to demonstrate expertise in the platform.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO, Accounts Payable/Receivable, General Ledger, Asset Accounting, and Controlling modules.
• Experience in data migration, financial process automation, and real-time reporting dashboards using SAP HANA.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with finance, IT and business leaders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycle, from blueprinting to post-go-live support.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori, Business Intelligence tools, and predictive analytics.
• Experience in finance transformation projects using ERP solutions.
• Strong change management and training experience.
