Rohan Sir decided and suppose to do all thing but the same things not reach uoto bottom level (Like Upto Jr Staff/Supervisor/Labour) But site level management is too much worst.

Site Level Management and Politics too much and much worst (Like M. N), worst General Managers, using abuse words and Insulting to staff after taking leaves and worst behaviours with staff more than labours, Managers and suppose to staff like Labours only. No leave no sunday only work and work. this is worst condition in site level for staff. Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day?
