- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, aggressive, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
- Ability to listen to employee concerns and address them effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve conflicts.
- Proficiency in HR management software and tools.

- Experience in managing multiple sites in the real estate sector.
- Familiarity with luxury real estate operations.
