Key Responsibilities*:
- *Inventory Management*:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all stock items.
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
- *Procurement and Indenting*:
- Receive indents from the site team and verify their accuracy and completeness.
- Place material orders with the head office and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality and quantity of materials received.
- *Stock Handling and Storage*:
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss.
- Implement and maintain an organized and efficient storage system.
- Oversee the loading and unloading of materials, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- *Documentation and Reporting*:
- Maintain comprehensive records of all inventory transactions.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on stock status, usage, and discrepancies to the management.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and readily available for audits and reviews.
- *Coordination and Communication*:
- Liaise with the site team to understand their material requirements and priorities.
- Communicate effectively with the head office and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Address any issues or concerns related to inventory and procurement promptly.
*Qualifications*:
- Proven experience as a Store-in-Charge or similar role in the real estate or construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of inventory management, stock audits, and procurement processes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
*Preferred Experience*:
- Experience in managing inventory for luxury real estate projects.
- Familiarity with the latest inventory management technologies and best practices.
