Advocate Lawyer(Real Estate ) Goa

*Position Overview:*

We are seeking a seasoned Lawyer with robust experience in the real estate sector to serve as our CRM/Legal Officer. This dual role requires a deep understanding of legal compliance, particularly RERA, as well as exceptional client relationship management skills, specifically catering to high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) in Goa.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Legal Expertise:* Oversee all legal aspects of real estate transactions, including drafting and registration of agreements to sell and sale deeds. Ensure full compliance with RERA and other relevant legislation.

- *Client Relationship Management:* Act as the primary point of contact for HNI clients, ensuring outstanding service and communication during their visits to Goa and throughout their transaction process.

- *Demand Management:* Skilled in the accurate and timely raising of demands to clients, reflecting a keen understanding of both legal timelines and client expectations.

- *Document Drafting:* Prepare and manage the drafting of legal documents related to property transactions to ensure clarity, compliance, and protection for all parties involved.

- *Licensing and Government Relations:* Capable of managing licensing processes within government departments, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met efficiently.

- *Communication:* Utilize fluent English and refined interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and responding promptly to inquiries.

*Preferred Qualifications:*

- *Educational Background:* Law degree required; additional qualifications in real estate law highly preferred.

- *Experience:* 5 to 7 years of experience in the real estate sector, ideally within a legal capacity in a real estate company. Experience in handling licensing in government departments is essential.

- *Skills:* Strong legal acumen, excellent communication skills, experience in CRM systems, and proven ability to manage HNI client relationships.
