Quality Engineer

*Key Responsibilities*:

- *Drawing Coordination and Review*:

- Coordinate with the master architect to ensure accurate and complete drawings.

- Thoroughly review all architectural and structural drawings before they are handed over for project execution.

- Identify and flag any discrepancies or potential issues in the drawings.

- *Quality Assurance*:

- Conduct detailed inspections of all aspects of construction, including waterproofing, structural integrity, and finishes.

- Ensure all work complies with project specifications, building codes, and industry standards.

- Implement and maintain quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle.

- *Issue Identification and Resolution*:

- Proactively identify and address potential waterproofing issues, structural problems, and finish imperfections.

- Work closely with the project team to resolve any quality-related issues in a timely manner.

- Provide regular updates and reports on quality issues to the management team.

- *Collaboration and Communication*:

- Coordinate effectively with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality standards and expectations.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related matters.

- Maintain clear and consistent communication with the project team and management.

- *Documentation and Reporting*:

- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of all quality inspections, findings, and corrective actions.

- Provide comprehensive quality reports to the management team, highlighting any areas of concern and recommended solutions.

- Ensure all quality documentation is organized and easily accessible for future reference.

*Qualifications*:

- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Quality Engineer in luxury real estate residential projects.

- In-depth knowledge of construction quality standards, building codes, and regulations.

- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
