Job Description:
We are seeking a male Interior Design and Site Execution Engineer with expertise in both design and execution for residential projects. The ideal candidate must have a two-wheeler, strong design skills, and excellent customer interaction capabilities to handle project updates.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Planning:
   
• Create detailed interior designs using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Develop innovative design concepts tailored to client requirements.
2. Project Execution:
   
• Supervise on-site work to ensure alignment with design specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for timely completion.
• Conduct site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
3. Client Interaction:
   
• Handle customer interactions to provide regular updates on project progress.
• Address and resolve client concerns during the design and execution phases.
4. Documentation:
   
• Prepare and maintain project-related documents, including quotations and timelines.
• Ensure proper documentation of design changes and execution details.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design tools.
• Experience in residential interior design and execution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer handling.
• Must possess a two-wheeler for site visits and transportation.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
