Job Responsibilities:

1. Accounts Finalization

• Ensure timely and accurate finalization of accounts in compliance with applicable accounting standards and practices.
• Prepare and review the final Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and other financial statements.
• Handle reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.

2. Cash Flow and Fund Management

• Prepare and analyze cash flow statements (actual and projected) to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Monitor cash inflows and outflows, ensuring optimal utilization of funds.
• Forecast financial requirements and manage working capital effectively.

3. Provisional, Estimated, and Projected Financials

• Prepare provisional financial statements for interim reporting.
• Develop estimated and projected financial reports for management decision-making and project feasibility studies.
• Ensure accurate financial modeling for project financing and budgeting.

4. Taxation and Compliance

• Manage direct and indirect tax compliance, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.
• Handle tax filings, assessments, and submissions within prescribed deadlines.
• Liaise with tax consultants and government authorities for resolution of issues.
• Stay updated with amendments in tax laws and their impact on the business.

5. MIS and Financial Reporting

• Develop and present Management Information System (MIS) reports to provide insights into financial performance.
• Support decision-making by providing accurate and timely financial data to senior management.

6. Internal Controls and Processes

• Establish robust internal control systems to safeguard assets and ensure financial accuracy.
• Regularly review accounting systems and suggest improvements for efficiency.

7. Coordination with Stakeholders

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate with lenders, banks, and financial institutions for fund management and compliance.

Job Specification:

• Chartered Accountant (C.A.) with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce or Finance with at least 8+ years of experience in accounting and financial management.

Experience in Tools/Systems:

• Proficiency in ERP Tally and Optican for accounting and financial reporting.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of real estate accounting practices and project costing.
• Expertise in tax regulations and compliance.
• Analytical skills to interpret and present financial data.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
