Customer Support Engineer

Job Summary:

Aakriti Housing Limited is seeking a professional Customer Support Engineer to manage and nurture customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a CRM Executive, handling client queries and providing timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and ensure efficient follow-up.
• Assist in managing customer data in CRM tools and ensure its accuracy.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery to clients, maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with clients in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
• Provide administrative support related to CRM processes, including data entry and management in MS Excel & Word.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth communication and project delivery.
• Be flexible to travel to the site office in Tellapur as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Any Graduation / Post Graduation
• Freshers Min of 65% academic score throughout schooling (English medium preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu mandatory.
• Good in MS Excel and Word.
• Must own a two-wheeler for commuting purposes.
• Flexible to work at both the Head Office in Madhapur and the Site Office in Tellapur.
