Manager/Sr.Manager Accounts

Role & responsibilities

• Manage finance, accounting, taxation, activities through in house and external teams.
• Oversee day to day planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial related activities.
• Ensure proper forecasting, strategic planning, risk management, costing, working capital management, budgeting & finalization of accounts.
• Ensure proper compliance for statutory and legal requirements.
• Review and finalize annual budget .
• Comply with all audit requirements and maintaining relations with respective auditors.
• Manage cash flow appropriately .
• Represent company to different banks.
• Resource mobilization and monitoring fund movement, negotiation with banks/FIs on terms of credit, pricing, charges and improvement in external rating of the company.
• Oversee approval and processing of revenue, expenditure, departmental budget, ledger and account maintenance.
• Ensure credibility of company by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecast and monitoring of business and financial performance through MIS.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in Finance & Accounts or relevant role.
• In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office, Advance Excel, Tally
• Ability to strategize and solve problems.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.
