Interior Site Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Site Engineer to oversee and manage the implementation of interior design projects on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure that all site activities align with the design specifications, timelines, and quality standards. You will collaborate with designers, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all interior construction activities on-site to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Interpret design blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to guide the on-site team.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to design plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and suppliers for smooth workflow.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure that the materials and workmanship meet required standards.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, progress logs, and inspection documents.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at the site.
• Assist in resolving any on-site conflicts or technical problems.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
• Provide regular updates to the Project Manager on project status and any potential delays or issues.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Interior Site Engineer or similar role in the interior construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles, construction methods, and materials.
• Proficiency in interpreting and executing technical drawings and plans.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate with various teams.
• Proficiency in site management software and tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of relevant safety and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in both residential and commercial interior projects.
• Certification in Project Management or Safety Management is advantageous.
