Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Finishing - Thane

1. Should have knowledge and experience in finishing work i.e. gypsum and sand plaster, tiling, waterproofing, painting, false ceiling, aluminum sliding and carpentry work.

2. Also have knowledge and experience in MEP i.e Plumbing, electric, mechanical lift and firefighting work.

3. Work out quantities of all finishing work.

4. Work out material wastage.

5. Reconciliation of different materials i.e., Steel, concrete, gypsum, sand, block etc.

6. Ensure all the work is executed wrt work methodology.

7. Raise material and service indent in ERP. Prepare milestones, finishing schedule.

8. Track daily work progress wrt microshedule and prepare a catch up plan to mitigate delay.

9. Coordinate & communicate with different contractors to execute the work smoothly.

10. Maintain and update all documents and records periodically.

11.Knowledge of site execution, piling, anchoring, RCC, finishing work, waterproofing and civil works.

12.To work out the quantities and BBS preparation.
