IT Business Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Build and design BRD/SRS documents
• Create as-is and to-be business processes
• Liaise with various stakeholders including management, department, and Technology
• Flow chart design and creation
• Verification of system delivery in line with documented SRS/BRD documents
• On-going technical writing and documentation of business process enhancements and evolution

Preferred candidate profile

• Previous experience with SRS/BRD Documentation and flow charts preparation: 1-4 years
• Knowledge of ERP Implementation & Mobilization: 1-2 years
• Knowledge of ERP Crystal Reports, or equivalent: 1-2 years
• Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Setup, Admin Control, Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Technical & business writing
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• Highly self-motivated & directed, with a keen attention to detail
• Strong trouble-shooting skills
• Able to prioritize & execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Strong team-working skills, with an ability to collaborate with a variety of team members
