The MEP Contracts Manager oversees contracts for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. They handle contract negotiations, administration, and resolve issues related to MEP work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and review MEP contracts and subcontracts.
• Coordinate with procurement for MEP subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor costs, track budgets, and approve invoices.
• Ensure MEP work meets contract terms, quality standards, and regulations.
• Resolve disputes and claims between contractors and clients.
• Maintain accurate contract records and provide regular reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• years of experience in MEP contracts or project management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of MEP systems, industry standards, and contract law.
