Job Title: Junior Inside Sales Executive (US Staffing Services)

Work Location: 5th Floor, Sri Durga Towers, Above UCO Bank, Road No 10, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad 500034 Telangana, India

Work timings: 7:00 PM IST – 4:00 AM IST

Job Summary:

The Junior Inside Sales Executive at Codeforce 360 plays a critical role in driving revenue and expanding our client base. This position involves identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and successfully closing deals in the US staffing market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the staffing industry, excellent communication skills, and a consultative approach to sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Research and identify potential clients in need of staffing solutions.
  • Utilize online research, industry events, networking, and referrals to generate leads.
  • Engage with prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce our services.

Consultative Sales & Relationship Building:

  • Understand clients' staffing challenges and workforce needs to offer tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers (Hiring Managers, Procurement Teams, and HR leaders).
  • Conduct engaging sales presentations to demonstrate the benefits of our staffing solutions.

Pipeline & Deal Management:

  • Manage and track leads, opportunities, and sales progress using CRM tools.
  • Work closely with the delivery and recruiting teams to ensure successful placements.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with potential clients.
  • Close deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, hiring needs, and workforce challenges in the US market.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Provide feedback to leadership on market demands and service improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  • Familiarity with the US staffing industry, labor laws, and workforce trends.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
