Introduction:

We are looking for a talented MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop scalable solutions that provide seamless user experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop robust and scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
• Design and implement front-end architecture using React.js, ensuring the best user experience with responsive and dynamic interfaces.
• Build RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end systems.
• Design and implement back-end services and business logic using Node.js and Express.js.
• Manage and optimize databases (MongoDB) and ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices across the stack.
• Perform code reviews and ensure the quality, maintainability, and scalability of the codebase.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issues in both front-end and back-end systems.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices related to MERN stack development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+.
• Hands-on experience with React.js and its ecosystem (Redux, React Router, etc.).
• Proficient in back-end development using Node.js and Express.js.
• Experience working with MongoDB and designing efficient database schemas.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Chai.
• Experience with GraphQL is a plus.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices.
