Job Title: Senior Salesforce Service Cloud / Technical Lead


Location: Remote


Job Type: Full-time


Introduction:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Senior/Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, customization, and optimization of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, guiding a team of developers and ensuring the technical integrity of the system. Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and analysts.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Configure, customize, and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud features, including Case Management, Service Console, Knowledge Base, and Omni-Channel.
  • Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tasks.
  • Ensure the integration of Salesforce Service Cloud with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
  • Maintain data quality and integrity through data migrations and data management activities.
  • Lead troubleshooting, problem-solving, and performance tuning for Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure testing standards are met, and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Lead and drive agile methodologies within the development team, conducting sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Oversee Salesforce deployment and release management activities, ensuring smooth production deployments.

Requirements:


  • Extensive experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, including hands-on experience with Service Console, Case Management, Knowledge, and Omni-Channel.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, or other relevant certifications are highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role with a strong ability to mentor, guide, and manage technical teams.
  • Excellent understanding of Salesforce data architecture and integration best practices.
  • Strong understanding of Service Cloud features, including but not limited to Case Management, Entitlements, and SLAs.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar technologies is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development and Service Cloud configuration.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DX, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Field Service Lightning, or other Salesforce products is a plus.
  • Experience in a client-facing or consulting role is a plus.
