We are looking for an experienced S/4HANA Functional SME to join our team and provide expert guidance on implementing and optimizing Public Cloud solutions, with a focus on Production Planning (PP), Manufacturing (MFG), and Quality Management (QM) modules.

Position Overview:

The S/4HANA Functional SME will serve as the subject matter expert in the S/4HANA Public Cloud landscape, specifically for PP, MFG, and QM processes. This role will involve consulting, implementation, configuration, and optimization of the S/4HANA Public Cloud system in alignment with business requirements, ensuring the system delivers maximum efficiency and value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Functional Leadership: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of S/4HANA PP, MFG, and QM modules in the Public Cloud environment.
• Process Mapping and Optimization: Work with business teams to map production, manufacturing, and quality management processes to the S/4HANA Public Cloud solution, ensuring best practices and process optimization.
• System Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize the S/4HANA system to meet the specific needs of production planning, manufacturing operations, and quality management.
• Integration: Oversee the integration of the S/4HANA modules with other enterprise systems (e.g., finance, procurement, inventory) and ensure seamless data flow.
• Cloud Migration Strategy: Support migration of legacy systems to S/4HANA Public Cloud, including system assessments, gap analysis, and planning.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Coordinate functional testing for S/4HANA PP, MFG, and QM modules, ensuring the solution meets business requirements and quality standards.
• Change Management: Collaborate with change management teams to ensure smooth adoption of the S/4HANA Public Cloud solution within the organization.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide ongoing support for issues and enhancements within the PP, MFG, and QM modules, ensuring operational efficiency.
• Training and Knowledge Transfer: Mentor and train internal teams on best practices, S/4HANA Public Cloud functionality, and new features within the PP, MFG, and QM modules.
• Documentation: Ensure that all configurations, process maps, and procedures are thoroughly documented for both internal use and compliance.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA in the PP, MFG, QM modules.
• Deep expertise in Production Planning, Manufacturing, and Quality Management processes in SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience in deploying S/4HANA solutions in a Public Cloud environment (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Strong understanding of S/4HANA Cloud architecture, deployment methodologies, and integration points with other modules.
• Proven experience in system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting in S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Strong business process analysis skills and the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• S/4HANA certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Production Planning and Manufacturing, SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Quality Management).
• Familiarity with Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO) or other planning tools.
• Experience with SAP Fiori or SAP S/4HANA UI/UX best practices.
• Knowledge of integration with other cloud platforms and third-party solutions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
