Job Description


Profile Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our team in the IT Recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and qualifying potential leads to support the sales and recruitment teams. This role requires a combination of research, communication, and organizational skills to generate high-quality leads for business growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential leads: Research and identify potential clients, industries, and decision-makers in need of IT recruitment services. Utilize various tools and techniques to identify and qualify potential leads that align with our target market.
  • Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies: Create and implement innovative lead generation strategies, including cold calling, email marketing, social media outreach, and content marketing.
  • Track and analyze lead generation metrics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, lead quality, and ROI to measure the effectiveness of our lead generation efforts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads and provide ongoing support throughout the sales process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Continuously research industry trends and best practices to optimize our lead generation strategies.
  • Collect and compile search/traffic data from job portals and focus on lead performance, CPL, and market trends.
  • Track portal traffic, ad performance, and engagement metrics to identify patterns and insights.
  • Analyze gathered data to understand portal performance, lead quality, and conversion rates.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in CPL and lead targeting strategies.
  • Utilize data insights to develop and refine portal-specific marketing strategies aimed at lead generation effectiveness.
  • Propose plans to enhance lead flow across platforms, tailoring campaigns to each portal's strengths.
  • Web research & Lead generation for specific companies, industries, organizations, prospect lists, and institutions within a sector.
  • Find potential leads from LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Yelp, Bloomberg, Google Research, and many other online directories.
  • B2B, B2C Lead Generation at a local, regional, national, and international level.
  • Gather leads based on a predetermined subject area.
  • Research additional information about targeted companies.
  • Generate CXO, Executives, and Any Desired Person's Contact Lists for relevant Companies and Services.

Required Skills:


  • Proven 3+ of experience in lead generation, marketing, data analysis, and sales development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM(Hubspot) and marketing automation tools
  • Proficiency in using GMass and Apollo
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic
  • Proficient in data management and report generation within Hubspot.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and experience troubleshooting CRM issues.

Preferred Skills:


  • Familiarity with the IT recruitment industry, including key job roles, skills, and hiring challenges.
