Job Description

Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle.

1. Sourcing, screening, short-listing candidates through online channels, headhunting, and referencing.

2. Conducting preliminary telephonic interviews.

3. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.

4. Scheduling the interviews of shortlisted candidates with clients and taking the feedback.

5. Offers, follows up with the candidate, acts as a point of contact, and builds influential candidate relationships during selection.

Must-Haves

1. Minimum 3 Years of experience in IT recruitment.
2. Expertise in sub-contractor, C2H, and FTE hiring.
3. Should be a minimum graduate.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Energetic and enthusiastic.
6. Fast learner and should have good technical knowledge.
7. Go-getter approach

Job Timings: 9:00 AM-6:00 P.M. (Mon-Fri)
