Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior HR Executive at Codeforce 360 to support our HR team in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a keen interest in HR processes, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
• Handle onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
• Assist in handling employee engagement activities to ensure a positive workplace culture.
• Support HR team in performance management, training, and development initiatives.
• Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance and leave records.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour laws.
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
• A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Understanding of payroll processes and HR compliance.
