End-to-End Recruitment:

* Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless

candidate experience.

* Understand job specifications to identify suitable candidates effectively.

Sourcing and Screening:

* Leverage various job portals, social media platforms, and other sourcing methods to identify

potential candidates.

* Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Database Management:

* Update and maintain the recruitment database for efficient hiring processes.

* Track recruitment metrics and create reports as needed.

Candidate Engagement:

* Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

* Ensure timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment

process.

Market Insights:

* Stay updated on industry trends and hiring practices to provide strategic recruitment 

solutions.
