Hr Operations Consultant

Work Location: ACT FIBERNET 3rd floor, Golden heights, Rajajinagar, Bengaluru

Industry: Telecom and internet

Education & Experience: Any Graduate (min 1 yr of experience)

Timing: 9:30am 6:30pm (Alternate Saturdays and all Sundays off)

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills (written & oral)
• Knowledge of Excel will be a plus point
• Proficient with Excel Formulas such as Pivot Table, V-lookup, H-lookup, Conditional formatting, Count IF, Sum IF, and other basic formulas, etc

Job Description:

• Coordination with Recruitment Team to ensure timely release of Offer Letter
• Facilitating Onboarding Formalities at group level
• Ensuring Timely closure of Background check of new joiners
• Coordinating with Business HR team to ensure New Joiner Personal File creation
• Preparing Various Reports related to Offer, Onboarding, Employee Life Cycle
• Knowledge of SQL will be an added advantage.
