Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment efforts and assist in identifying top talent for our growing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to enhance your skills in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates for open positions by posting job openings, screening resumes, and searching candidate databases.
• Job Postings: Help create job descriptions and post them on job boards, social media, and other relevant platforms.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, liaise between hiring managers and candidates, and ensure smooth communication throughout the interview process.
• Candidate Screening: Review resumes, perform initial phone screenings, and ensure candidates meet the basic qualifications for open roles.
• Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of candidates in the applicant tracking system (ATS), track recruiting metrics, and provide administrative support to the recruiting team.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for candidates during all stages of the recruitment process.
• Job Market Research: Assist in researching the talent market, industry trends, and new recruiting strategies to support the recruitment process.
• Collaborative Team Support: Work closely with other team members and assist in any additional recruitment-related tasks or projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate / MBA with Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with job portals, Microsoft Office
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach to work.
