ZS Decision Analytics Consultant Interview Questions and Answers

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - ZS mainly wants to see if you are structured, analytical and definitive in your approach across the interviews.
There are 3 rounds:
1. Structured case study round - You will be given a specific situation and asked to come up with a solution. You will have 30 - 45 minutes to solve. You can ask clarifying questions to get more clarity about the situation. Clarify if any assumptions that you are making are valid. There will be a qualitative and quantitative questions. This is an interviewer led case, so you don't need to worry about the time.

2. Unstructured case - You will be given a project brief of about 30 pages. You have to identify the problems, come up with a solution and present them in a structured manner. Allocate your time well for reading through the case, defining the solution and making a presentation. I was given 1.5 hrs to work on the case.

3. Behavioral interview - You will be asked standard behavioural questions. Prepare well
