Aptitude Test Round

Round 1 was Aptitude which is not an elimination round, Round 2 was communication round in which you have to listen to the audios and write the answers accordingly.

Case Study Round

After result of round 2 and 3,, there is round 3 which is case study round. Round 1, 2 and 3 are online tests.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Prepare the aptitude and case studies well. Interview is very friendly. The select around 15 to 17 students from our college, you can expect somewhere around this much.

In this section basic maths and resoning questions were asked.Speed is the key for this round.

Cases study was given and questions were asked from it, also we had to upload the scanned copy of our solution in this round.

  • Q1. In this round case study is discussed and the major focus is on situation based Hr questions.

Interview Preparation Tips

Round: Test
Experience: The questions were very easy. I solved the paper 25 minutes before schedule and helped a few friends with their question set as well
Tips: Plan your paper before you start. The questions may be easy but are tricky. Precisely why some find it difficult. Stay calm!
Duration: 60 minutes
Total Questions: 50

Round: Problem Statement
Experience: The overall difficulty was moderate. Half of the questions were easy, 2-3 moderate and 1-2 very difficult. There is no correct answer. You just have to come up with your plan and justify it!
Tips: You may want to think from the perspective of a critic to your own solutions and go on improving it till time may permit!

Round: Case Study Interview
Experience: Pretty chilled and you just have to reason!
Tips: Stay confident and be reasonable! It is the easiest of all rounds and you just have to stay with yourself!

Round: Guesstimate Interview
Experience: The interviewer is looking for your approach. Think loud and stay confident!
Tips: Practice some questions beforehand. Most approached are similar.

Round: Puzzle Interview
Experience: This could very well be the toughest round! If you do well here, you are pretty much set!
Tips: Practice as many puzzles as possible!

Round: Behavioural Interview
Experience: Very calm! No nonsense!
Tips: Answer as if you are Dalai Lama!

General Tips: Just stay confident and believe you can crack this!
