Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I have visited for SQL Server DBA job profile as per HR call discussion and job description sent in mail but while interview time they are looking for a candidate who has knowledge of below all technologies:

I reached to Yes Madam office and Company HR Kumud has taken my resume and after 2 hours sent someone to take my interview.

My interview was started, He discussed notice period, current company, CTC and expected CTC, Experience, etc. Then the interview went outside for discussion with HR as He told our budget is very low as the company is currently growing phase......(meeting room gate closed) and HR sent him back to the meeting room and technical interview started. He already searched questions from google and remembered answers and ask accordingly.
The most important point is interviewer has the only basic knowledge about the database. He may be not worked on database technologies. So, He does not look confident while asking questions and taking more time.

Suggestion :
If you are a fresher with Developer + DBA skills on MSSQL, MYSQL and Oracle then this is a good company to start a career.

If you have hand-on experience with SQL and Oracle technologies and salary is less than 4 lakh then go to this company else ignore it.

He already searched questions from google before the interview with answers and ask accordingly.
The most important point is interviewer has less knowledge about Oracle/SQL DBA and developer tasks. He may be not worked on database technologies. Lack of confidence while asking questions in an interview.

Suggestion: As per company requirement shared at interview time
-->If you are a fresher with Developer + DBA skills on MSSQL, MYSQL and Oracle then this is a good company to start your career.

-->If you have hands-on experience with SQL and Oracle technologies and salary is less than 4 lakh then go to this company to increase salary (Max limit - 5 lakhs) else ignore it.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Apart from round 1 and round 2, there are two assignment which has to be done in 2-3 days and sent out through mail.
CRM assignment - Evaluation will be done based on Visualization, out of box analytics and analytical thinking.
Call Forecasting - Forecast how many calls might come in the next month using data provided.

I had cleared all these. To my surprise having two rounds and then technical test was enough to talk some formalities and discuss CTC but here they came prepared with their scenario questions bucket which is not relevant to data analyst part. The main reason, they wanted to steal idea from a potential employee and implement them to their work as they feel being insignificant in their role. pathetic company to say the least.
