Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a City Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and boost sales within the Delhi market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and deliver impactful marketing campaigns. -
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Planning:
- Develop and implement a city-specific marketing plan aligned with the overall brand strategy.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify local trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Define target audience segments and tailor marketing initiatives to meet their needs.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Campaign Execution and Management:
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, events, partnerships, and local promotions.
- Manage local marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
- Coordinate with creative teams, agencies, and vendors to develop compelling marketing materials.
- Oversee the execution of local events and activations to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Digital Marketing and Social Media:
- Develop and implement a local digital marketing strategy to drive online traffic and conversions.
- Manage local social media channels, create engaging content, and foster community engagement.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using analytics tools and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Manage local SEO/SEM efforts.
Partnerships and Collaborations:
- Identify and build strategic partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations.
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing initiatives and expand brand reach.
- Represent Join Ventures at local industry events and conferences.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve marketing strategies and customer experiences.
- Develop and implement customer loyalty programs and initiatives.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and customer service across all touchpoints.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Mentor and potentially lead a small local marketing team.
- Provide market feedback to the national marketing team.
Qualifications:
Essential:
- 4-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. -
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices. -
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong understanding of Hyderabad market.
Preferred:
- Experience in the D2C or gifting industry.
- Knowledge of local media and influencer landscape in Hyderabad.
- Experience with CRM software.
