The candidate selectors in the aptitude test is further screened through 5 round of interview. The first round is with HR person, a simple round where the interviewee check the willingness to work of a candidate and his learning ability, second and third rounds are simple and basic finance and accounting question are asked. The fourth round is senior manager, grilling of candidate is done and also a case study is given to check candidate’s knowledge of three statements income statement, balance sheet and cash flow.
