Experience: The test comprised of situational questions that tested the psychology and behavior of applicants. It was also a test of how well you really know yourself and how fit you are for the role being offered.
Tips: Stay consistent with all responses. For instance, if in one situation, you claim to be a multi-tasker, indicate the same in all other responses.

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: The GD was smooth overall with a group of 14 members contributing in their own way. While some spoke of the absence of I i.e. ego, others discussed how having one eye could possibly result in cost reduction for girls as they would apply spend less on eye makeup. The panelists were satiated at the end of the discussion and commanded a summary.
