Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - 1. Self introduction is one of the most common thing asked by recruiters. We need to be honest, open and soft while answering this. We should always start with 2 liner self, family, birth location and move to current position/work and gradually move to previous experiences (if any). Recruiter will automatically take interest and intervene as soon as the communication style clicks. Try to be very soft, smiling face and keep humble attitude during the interview and in life to grow. Mantra is to be a good communicator whatever the profile be.

Basic subject knowledge is enough if communication is excellent. There may be situation based questions but that completely depends upon your own understanding about the situation.
