Round: Resume Shortlist
Experience: walk in interview in a company for back office our resume was taken and shortlisted.
Round: Test
Experience: they called as one by one and we were attending the questions for my turn was there 2 rounds first was one to one and then call First round was easy for she just me abiut my self n family background as my dad is business person she ask as u all known y u did not joint there i told i am not interested in his business as {lie}:)b she told me to attend the ca
ll and iiiiii did it this round was cleared...!!!!

Round: HR Interview
Experience: AS same que came to ask me again and i gave same reply to HR he told me to wait outside and there many of them doing the same i was too....waitinggggg.. FINALLY he came after a long time getting resume in his hand and he was calling one by one as my turn he told me that i am rejected better luck next time....... as i and my friend was waiting till last person to move so that the we can talk to HR person to get us in some how.. not a single person got the job there were like 25+ like me ....as last he told we did not have place to get more people employed....

Alternate documents for Employee verification?
My new employer asked for my previous offer letters and salary slips. When I inquired, they said it was for background verification.
However, I feel that providing these documents might affect salary negotiations, and it feels a bit unethical too.
What alternative documents can I provide for employment verification?

Experience: There was a process manager who was taking this round he asked about my bachground and family. He asked where i live and where i studied and also why i want to relocate from my home town and he asked some accounting questions he asked about the shift and all

Only freshers salary is not good about 10 to 12k but if you are experienced so they offer good depends on your experience also it's mnc. Cab is free shuttle is free but food is not free. You have to prepare your lunchbox daily basis. Because this is mnc so being a good mnc company exl should give the free food to every employee.
