Alternate documents for Employee verification?
My new employer asked for my previous offer letters and salary slips. When I inquired, they said it was for background verification.
However, I feel that providing these documents might affect salary negotiations, and it feels a bit unethical too.

3) you have some knowledge about share market , demat & trading Accounts.
4) you will be in proper formals while f2f interview. like wearing tie also
5) It is a good status job, so you have to behave mature and responsible man.
