Despite these technical difficulties, you are still expected to meet your targets, even if the systems fail, which can lead to longer shifts and additional stress. 3. Technical Issues with Website & Application: The website and application experience technical problems once a week, which leads to high volumes of escalations. These issues take time to resolve due to low manpower, causing constant pressure on employees. 4. Lack of Support: Even if you join the floor without proper training, don’t expect much help from your team leader. They are unlikely to assist with your concerns. If you escalate this issue to your manager, you’ll be told to change your working pattern, and this may result in your team leader targeting you for making the complaint. 5.
