My old reporting boss and Kavya was not Cooperative with me,they always ditched me in a manner where they show me down to earth in front of 80 agents as well as sales manager

The only good thing about working at SBI Securities is the 75% discount on canteen food and the free therapy sessions—which, ironically, you'll definitely need after experiencing the toxicity of the organization. Everything else, including the company culture, is highly toxic.

Dislikes

The company culture is extremely toxic, and the work environment on the floor is so unhealthy that the rate of absconding and iteration is alarmingly high. The Team Leaders and Managers lack basic ethics and values, especially within the Leadership of the Customer Support Group. New joiners receive little to no support, as the Team Leaders are unwilling to help with queries. Team leaders, in particular, lacks basic professionalism and does not know how to communicate respectfully with officers. Despite multiple complaints, no action is ever taken against them due to their personal connections with the manager.
