Worst organisation neither they help you in skill development nor they will provide you salary increment. No matter how hard you work they will simply promote And also increase salary of only their favourite employee Full biased work culture. They will fully torture you and will set unrealistic targets and will force you to sit for 12hours a day plus no leave you can get even if you are unhealthy and showing all your reports from hospital they have no humanity and simpathy.TL have all the right according to manamgemt even if they are wrong..HR and all will support them only.. Manager..HR..VP no one will help you despite they will threat you and laugh at you when you will try to get help from them.. Plus promotion is bais so all those who are on top Position except assistant manager they have no knowledge about system plus no management skills they hold they will simply let you suffer due to their dumb decisions.This is the most pathetic job.Trust me i would not recommend anyone join Kotak securities. Before joining think thousand times it could be your Worst choice. I have wasted my time their with no increment and promotion even after being the most deserving employee....Read More

Everything about kotak mahindra bank this guys are harassing me I resigned dur to poor working environment they have not accepted yet it's been 3 month also made fun of my mental health by asking x-ray in prov tl manager hr everyone was involved they harassed me so much mentally I left the job and not able to work in other place.
